The P60 series material preparation station is a device designed for the pre-treatment and storage of adhesives. It features an extra-large 60L tank, which reduces the frequency of start-and-stop cycles in the feeding equipment. Equipped with a high-specification vacuum pump, the tank can achieve a vacuum pressure as low as 10 mbar. The conveying system uses the same type of positive-displacement pump as the pressurized disc pump, enabling it to handle high-viscosity fluids with stable pressure—eliminating the need for additional pressure stabilization equipment. This system can also be paired with other types of pumps, such as gear pumps or screw pumps.
