The P60-D series pre-treatment station is a piece of equipment designed for the pretreatment and storage of adhesives. It features an extra-large 60L tank, which reduces the frequency of start-and-stop operations of the feeding equipment. Equipped with a high-specification vacuum pump, the tank can achieve a vacuum pressure as low as 10 mbar. The conveying system uses the same type of positive-displacement pump as the one employed in pressurized disc pumps, enabling it to handle high-viscosity fluids while maintaining constant pressure—eliminating the need for additional pressure stabilization equipment. This system can also be paired with gear pumps or screw pumps for different applications. The tank and the conveying pump are directly connected, utilizing negative-pressure feeding, making it ideal for adhesives that tend to generate bubbles.
