Operating principle: The vacuum batching station performs processes such as mixing and degassing of raw materials. Adopting a “prepare-and-use” design, the batching station enables continuous, uninterrupted processing and conveying of raw materials. The batching station delivers raw materials individually to one or more metering units. Each metering unit is equipped with flow feedback, allowing for closed-loop control of flow rate. Thorough mixing is achieved through innovatively designed static and dynamic mixing valves. The conveyor system then transports trays containing the finished product to various workstations, where the gluing process is completed. The system can fully record process data including weight, flow rate, and pressure.
