On the morning of March 14, Gao Kai Group held a kickoff meeting for the “Clarify Job Responsibilities and Implement Work Standards” project, attended by representatives from all business units and departments.

Today, as we enter the second “decade,” the importance of refined and standardized corporate management is becoming increasingly evident. On the morning of March 14, Gao Kai Group held a kickoff meeting for the “Clarify Job Responsibilities and Implement Work Standards” project, attended by representatives from various business units and departments.
Project Kick-off Meeting
At the outset of the meeting, Liu Jianfang, Chairman and General Manager of Gaoke Group, delivered a speech to launch the project, emphasizing that Gaoke Group’s key priorities for 2024 should be “strengthening our foundations while pursuing growth.” She encouraged all Gaoke employees to keep their sense of responsibility firmly in mind as we enter our second critical decade. Project Manager Zhang Zijian, drawing on Gaoke’s vision of “a fresh start after ten years,” analyzed three major pain points in Gaoke’s organizational development, prompting deep reflection among attendees. At the same time, he underscored that it is imperative—and cannot wait any longer—to promptly launch and implement the initiative of “clarifying job responsibilities and enforcing work standards.”
At the meeting, Manager Zhang started with the project’s background, clearly defined the project’s key objectives, and provided a detailed introduction to the project’s implementation plan and methodology. The task of “clarifying job responsibilities and implementing work standards” not only promotes management improvements and business development but also adds value to each employee’s self-management and continuous learning.
Senior executives from Gao Kai Group participated deeply, and all colleagues attached great importance to the project. The project kickoff meeting sounded the starting gun for Gao Kai’s “strengthening the foundation” efforts in 2024. We will gradually build our mechanisms—from nothing to something, and from good to excellent—through a “two-step approach.” In the end, the kickoff meeting concluded successfully amid everyone’s recognition and high expectations.
