2018 On February 11, all employees of Changzhou Gaoke Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and guests gathered at the Wanzey Maritim Hotel in Changzhou to celebrate the 2018 Spring Festival Gala together.

The new year is brimming with memories as well as hopeful aspirations. At the annual meeting, Gao Kai Precision’s Chairman delivered a speech that encapsulated the dedication and efforts of everyone at Gao Kai, while also sounding the clarion call for continued hard work and the pursuit of even greater achievements in the coming year.

 

 

Summarizing achievements and recognizing outstanding individuals are the highlights of our annual meeting every year—and this year is no exception. Following the inspiring remarks by our leaders, the company selected five outstanding employees and five best newcomers. They are exemplary representatives of the Gao Kai Excellence Team. At the same time, they pledged to remain humble and avoid complacency in the coming year, continuing to work even harder and striving to create greater value for the company.

 

 

The dance “Charge Forward” takes us back to our youth, allowing us to feel the joy and vitality of youth—just like Gao Kai, who is thriving and full of energy.

 

 

The skit "Eating Noodles" was packed with hilarious moments, leaving the audience in the auditorium roaring with laughter.

 

 

The witty and humorous medley of songs is truly eye-catching.

 

The R&D department truly harbors hidden talents—these two young guys’ instrumental medley has treated everyone to a feast for the ears.

 

The song “True Heroes” expresses the engineering team’s determination to never give up, forge ahead with all their might, and bravely be their own true heroes.

 

In the south, there’s the Southern accent; in the north, there’s the Northern dialect. The crosstalk performance “Speaking Properly” lets us not only savor the clash of different cultures but also enjoy it immensely.

 

The game “I Say, You Guess” vividly showcases the Gao Kai people’s seamless teamwork and spirit of unity.

 

The song “Men’s Flowers” sings about the stories behind men, and it also lets us understand Gao Kai’s five years of relentless perseverance.

The special guest delivered a wonderful performance on the bawu, prompting thunderous applause from the audience and sending the entire venue into a frenzy.

A specially invited guest performs the Yu Opera piece "Picking Up the Hair Comb." / "Carrying the Flower Palanquin" won thunderous applause from the audience.

 

 

 

The most exciting raffle segment brought the evening to a thrilling climax. The company’s leaders had carefully prepared generous prizes for everyone. Every employee and guest in attendance had the chance to win—ranging from iPhones X and electric scooters to robot vacuum cleaners and balance bikes. The variety was extensive, the quantities were plentiful, and the odds of winning were exceptionally high. As the winners of employee prizes and guest prizes were announced one after another, cheers and screams filled the venue, rising and falling in waves.

The surprises from the prize draw weren’t over yet—right at the party venue, a “red envelope rain” started falling, sending everyone into another round of wild excitement.

 

 

The closing department’s ensemble performance showcased the vibrant new-year spirit of the Gaoke team. Everyone was fully prepared and brimming with enthusiasm, determined to make next year a highlight for Gaoke and bring the annual meeting to a perfect close.

It’s hard to say goodbye, yet we’ll inevitably have to part ways. The annual gathering came to an end amid the leader’s words of encouragement and the guests’ heartfelt blessings. Although our colleagues’ performances weren’t professional, their attitude and wishes were utterly sincere.

Looking ahead to 2018, we at Gao Kai will surely continue to forge ahead with great momentum and achieve another triumphant victory.
