The PZT-JET5020 is a medium-to-high viscosity piezoelectric jet dispensing valve characterized by high speed, high flexibility, and high precision. With its high-speed performance, the PZT-JET5020 can reach a maximum frequency of 500 Hz. In dispensing operations, it employs a jetting method to apply adhesive onto the workpiece surface, eliminating the need for Z-axis movement typically required in conventional dispensing processes. As for efficiency, the PZT-JET5020 is compatible with any dispensing platform available on the market—capable of jetting into gaps as narrow as 0.15 mm (e.g., LED screens) and also able to dispense adhesive onto uneven workpiece surfaces (such as flexible circuit boards). Regarding precision, the piezoelectric actuation mechanism used by the PZT-JET5020 offers unparalleled stability compared to other actuation methods, achieving a dispensing accuracy of up to 2% and a minimum dispensing volume as low as 0.002 μL. • High-speed The PHD-6010 piezoelectric slide valve employs a high-frequency piezoelectric actuation method. By using piezoelectric ceramics to drive the sliding element, it can cut off the flow of adhesive within just a few milliseconds, thereby forming precise adhesive dots. This valve is suitable for solder pastes and silver-filled epoxy resins. Its minimum opening time and minimum closing time can both reach 10 ms, and its maximum dispensing frequency can reach 10 Hz.
