High-speed performance PHD-6010 Piezoelectric slide valve Employing a high-frequency piezoelectric actuation method, the sliding blade is driven by piezoelectric ceramics, enabling the cessation of colloid flow and the formation of adhesive dots in just a few milliseconds. This technology is suitable for solder pastes and silver-filled epoxy resins, with minimum opening and closing valve times reaching: 10ms , the maximum dispensing frequency can reach 10HZ

High precision Excellent repeatability of glue dot placement and consistent line width, with a minimum glue dot diameter achievable. 0.25mm

High applicability Equipped with dedicated dispensing needles and compatible with existing dispensing needles, it boasts superior anti-clogging performance. It is ideal for applications where screen printing is not feasible; suitable for product surfaces featuring deep grooves or raised structures; and perfect for scenarios requiring frequent adjustments to the size of adhesive dots.
