Exhibition “Precision” Delight No.1—Quick-Release Piezoelectric Dispensing Series Since its launch in 2018, the quick-release valve has been highly favored by customers. At previous exhibitions, as soon as it was displayed, it immediately drew eager crowds of visitors and customers, earning rave reviews! (At past exhibitions, the quick-release valve attracted numerous visitors and received glowing praise.) As Gaoke’s flagship high-end product, three years of research and market exploration have continuously optimized the quick-release valve toward greater simplicity and intelligence. The digitalization of the valve body’s service life makes maintenance timing clearer; the threaded sleeve allows direct fixing of cleaned nozzles, reducing consumable usage and speeding up maintenance, thus greatly saving time on upkeep. It’s widely applicable to various fluids such as underfill adhesives, red glue, UV glue, anaerobic adhesives, conductive adhesives, silver paste, epoxy resin, ink, flux, grease, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and bonding agents. The system is easy to automate and is particularly well-suited for soldering in confined spaces, as well as for welding in recessed areas, uneven surfaces, or applications demanding extremely high precision.
