On January 28, 2019, Changzhou Gaoke Precision Technology Co., Ltd. held its “2018 Annual Awards Ceremony and 2019 New Year Gala” with great splendor at the Wanzhe Marriott Hotel in Changzhou. Gaoke’s family members gathered together joyfully to celebrate this annual grand event! The highlight of the gala was the speech delivered by General Manager Liu Jianfang. In her address, General Manager Liu expressed heartfelt gratitude and sincere wishes to all Gaoke employees and their families present at the ceremony, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience. Together with everyone, General Manager Liu took a moment to reflect on the company’s arduous journey since its founding in 2013 and its development up to the present day. As of now, Gaoke has already received numerous awards and recognitions.

The highlight of the annual meeting—the speech delivered by General Manager Liu Jianfang—saw Manager Liu express heartfelt gratitude and sincere wishes to the Gaoke employees present at the event, as well as to their families, earning enthusiastic applause from the audience. Together with everyone, Manager Liu took a moment to reflect on the company’s arduous journey since its founding in 2013 and its remarkable development to date. As of now, Gaoke has received numerous honors, including the title of Jiangsu Province High-Tech Enterprise and Jiangsu Province Innovative Enterprise, and has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification. Currently, Gaoke boasts 129 patented technologies—all of which have been made possible thanks to the tireless efforts of all Gaoke’s leaders and employees.

Diligent efforts deserve recognition and rewards. The Gao Kai Annual Awards Ceremony kicked off the second wave of excitement at the Spring Festival Gala. The awards included four categories: "Fastest Progress Award," "Hardworking Team Award," "Employee of the Year," and "Service Star of the Year." General Manager Liu Jianfang personally took to the stage to present honorary certificates and cash prizes to the winners. These honors and rewards not only recognize the outstanding employees' hard work throughout the year but also set an inspiring example for all other staff members, motivating everyone to approach the new year with even greater enthusiasm and dedication.

Following the award ceremony, the annual meeting entered its second peak—while the first half, featuring the recognition ceremony and inspiring remarks from senior leaders, was filled with excitement, the performance segment in the second half took on a lighter, more entertaining tone.

The opening song—“Gong Xi Fa Cai”—jointly adapted by the Finance Department, the Production Department, and the Warehouse, sends the company warm and prosperous wishes.

Following that, the R&D department presented a vibrant medley of dances—“The 8th Set of Radio Calisthenics”—to showcase their rich and colorful inner world. Don’t be fooled by their relentless day-and-night research into new processes and products, their tireless, unassuming hard work, or their generally serious demeanor. Today’s performance truly opened everyone’s eyes.

The Production Department presented the humorous and witty skit “The Day We Returned from the Pilgrimage,” while the Operations Department delighted the audience with the down-to-earth and relatable dance “Little Apple.” The Sales and Engineering Technology Departments teamed up for the crosstalk performance “Cultural Collectibles,” followed by the hilariously quirky “Creative Little Man Dance” and the heartwarming chorus “Tomorrow Will Be Better + Friends + True Heroes.” One after another, these performances kept the audience thoroughly entertained. The performers on stage gave their all, delivering outstanding acts, while the audience below clapped enthusiastically and cheered loudly, filling the venue with laughter and joy—a truly lively and festive atmosphere.

Each department has showcased its full range of talents. The language-based performances ingeniously integrated real-world work scenarios, featuring humorous dialogue and vivid performances that had the audience in stitches with laughter. Meanwhile, the song-and-dance acts highlighted the youthful charm of our employees, delighting all the guests and leaving them thoroughly captivated.

During this time, the company also prepared exciting game segments and small gifts to liven up the atmosphere, sending the venue into one climax after another.

The performance came to a perfect close with the general manager, Liu Jianfang, and heads of various departments performing together “My Motherland and Me.” They’re not only capable of delivering outstanding business results, but also excel at skits, playing the electronic keyboard, singing songs, and dancing... That’s just how exceptional Gao Kai’s employees are!
