The company back then was like a small dark room, where people had to keep the fluorescent lights on all year round. A team of ten people—each person wears multiple hats, handling R&D, production, and customer outreach all at the same time. During the busiest times, we worked around the clock—day and night—putting together plans and installing products, staying awake for 48 straight hours to meet our customers’ needs to the greatest possible extent. Even today, despite the dramatic increase in the number of customers, the philosophy of “providing the best service to our customers” has remained unchanged and consistent.

 

 

 

Gao Kai strives to become a leading technology-driven manufacturing enterprise and has been relentlessly working toward that goal. By 2019, Gao Kai Precision had achieved both “standing tall” and “becoming prosperous.” From ten people to a hundred, from sales of several hundred thousand to production capacity exceeding 100 million.
