To enhance teamwork and foster better communication among employees, in September 2018, all employees of Gao Kai Precision traveled to the Longfeng Valley Training Base in Xueyan Town for an experiential outdoor training activity titled “Grow Together, Soar with Our Dreams.”

To enhance teamwork and foster better communication among employees, in September 2018, all staff members of Gao Kai Precision traveled to the Longfeng Valley Training Base in Xueyan Town to participate in an experiential outdoor training activity titled “Grow Together, Soar with Our Dreams.”

During the event, participants were divided into different groups under the guidance of the coach. After a round of brainstorming, one by one, impressive team slogans, rousing team songs, and distinctive team logos made their spectacular debut. Powerful images such as “Singing Our Way to Victory” set the tone for the entire event.

In subsequent training sessions, members participated in a variety of large-scale team-building activities, including the “Run, Gao Kai” scenic-area orienteering event, as well as training programs such as “The Dragon’s Water Retrieval,” “Trust Fall,” “High-Altitude Bar Grab,” “Extreme Decoding,” “Jump Rope on Pressure Boards,” and “Crossing the Beach by Building Rafts and Swimming.” Each carefully designed team-building activity sparked intense interest and enthusiasm among participants. With everyone working together seamlessly, they successfully tackled one seemingly impossible challenge after another. At the end of each activity, participants shared their joy of success and the excitement of overcoming challenges, fully appreciating the importance of team trust, effective communication, empathy, leadership, execution, and collaborative teamwork. Everyone pushed their own limits, cheered each other on, and overcame psychological barriers. Every training session was deeply moving, and each moment of emotion brought about a profound inner resonance.
