Exhibition Overview

From June 13 to 15, 2024, the 17th International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy Exhibition kicked off enthusiastically in Shanghai. This year’s exhibition attracted exhibitors and visitors from around the world. Suzhou Gaoke and FELTON made a simultaneous appearance at the photovoltaic expo, with Suzhou Gaoke at Booth B310 in Hall 1.2H and FELTON at Booth F370 in Hall 3H, drawing considerable attention from industry professionals.

Two exhibitions are here—double the excitement!

At Booth B310 in Hall 1.2H, Suzhou Gaoke showcased its two core product systems—the butyl rubber coating system and the two-component photovoltaic coating system—drawing large crowds of visitors who stopped to take a closer look and making a big splash at this exhibition.

Butyl Rubber Coating System

Gao Kai’s professional fluid control technology, precisely controlled temperature systems, more efficient sol-gel production, and smooth flow channel designs address the challenges inherent in butyl rubber processing. It boasts the following advantages:

1) Independently developed and researched, with guaranteed delivery times and quick after-sales response.

2) A fast, precise, and uniform temperature control system

3) Embedded heating platen design for higher sol-gel efficiency.

4) Experience in the use of mature rotary valves

 

Two-component photovoltaic coating system

Gao Kai’s uniquely designed ultra-long conveying pipeline (with an actual on-site pipeline length of 45 meters), combined with precise servo and vacuum-pressure plunger pump technology, enables more efficient reduction of glue waste. The pressure-flow monitoring system—with its extremely low maintenance costs—effectively supports the gluing system in achieving highly accurate glue application. It boasts the following advantages:

1) Flat-bottom pressing plate, residual glue amount: 1.5 kg

2) Vacuum pressure plate, no glue discharge required.

3) Ultra-long conveying pipeline, 45 meters

4) Ultra-long measurement pipeline, 15 meters in length, with an accuracy of ±1%.

5) Original pressure-flow monitoring with extremely low maintenance costs.

6) A uniquely designed two-component single-head rotary valve that reduces costs without slowing down the production pace.

 

At Booth F370 in Hall 3H, FELTON showcased flow proportioning distributors, vaporizers, heat exchangers, steam evaporators, liquid flow meters, and more—products primarily used in front-end processes across industries such as semiconductors, photovoltaics, and fiber optics. These products provide precise control over various fluids, ensuring stable process operations and meeting the diverse application requirements of our customers.

Mass Flow Controller

1) High-precision gas control

3) Highly responsive, with a response time of within 0.7 seconds.

4) No restriction on gas type

5) High-precision special gas measurement and control technology

6) Installation direction is arbitrary (can be installed freely).

 

Flow ratio distributor

Built-in multiple MFCs allow simultaneous adjustment and independent flow control according to user-specified ratios, enabling the mixed gas to be proportionally distributed into multiple streams directed to various chambers or zones within the process chamber, thereby optimizing process uniformity and repeatability.

 

Steam Control Module

Generating steam in passivated titanium vessels during the non-overheating phase reduces the corrosive effects of deionized water, thereby enhancing system reliability and cleanliness.

 

Carburetor

The gas-liquid mixing method enables stable evaporation of high-boiling-point liquids, ensuring a highly efficient and stable evaporation process. It is suitable for low-temperature, high-flow-rate applications, and its compact and space-saving design makes installation even more convenient.

 

Heat exchanger

It is an ultra-clean, high-efficiency fluid heat exchanger in which a clean gas flowing at a specified rate comes into full contact with the inner surface of the HX’s internal tubing, and due to the temperature difference, heat is exchanged and transferred, thereby raising the gas’s temperature. Upon exiting, the gas reaches a pre-set temperature (currently available in two models supporting maximum flow rates of 10 slm and 50 slm, respectively; additionally, the maximum pre-set temperatures for both models can reach up to 200°C). This device is widely used in the semiconductor industry.

This exhibition attracted visitors from both domestic and international photovoltaic industry clients, earned recognition and praise from well-known domestic and overseas PV manufacturers, and resulted in preliminary intentions for further cooperation with numerous customers.
