Gao Kai’s First Gaojing Class—It’s Now Open!

July 20, 2024, was a special day for Gao Kai—on this day, we jointly witnessed the official launch of Gao Kai’s first Reserve Cadre Training Program—the Gaojing Class.
The Excellence Elite, triumphant and singing high—The Elite Class is not only the company’s expectation for its 36 participants, but also our commitment and anticipation for the future, as well as our recognition and support for every ambitious individual.
The company places great importance on the Gaojing Class development program. In his opening remarks, Jiao Xiaoyang, Deputy General Manager of the Group, emphasized that talent development is closely linked to the company’s future destiny. He urged the participants to embrace lifelong learning, dare to innovate, foster teamwork, and uphold integrity and honesty, seamlessly integrating what they’ve learned and reflected upon into their daily work. His remarks not only expressed confidence in the company’s future development but also conveyed high expectations and heartfelt encouragement to all the participants.
During the opening ceremony, participants were also presented with special souvenirs specially designed for the Gao Jing class, hoping that each participant can “achieve great success and realize their ambitious dreams!”
Trainer Zhang Zijian delivered the first lesson of the Gaojing Class—“Self-Awareness for Managers”—to the participants, using compelling case studies as a backdrop. Everyone was fully engaged, attentively listening and actively participating in the discussions, while also reflecting deeply on their own thoughts and experiences.
