The LBW Laser-Based Tin-Solder Jet Welding System (referred to as the LBW System) is an automated, continuous workstation that melts tin spheres and performs non-contact soldering. In operation, tin spheres are sequentially and orderly fed one by one into the nozzle, where they are then melted by a laser. Under the pressure of an inert gas, the molten tin spheres are jetted onto the desired soldering location, thereby completing the welding process. This system boasts high welding precision and excellent welding results, making it particularly well-suited for soldering in confined spaces, repairing solder pits on circuit boards with uneven surfaces, or performing soldering operations requiring extremely high precision.
