The PZT-JET5070NAB piezoelectric dual-component dispensing valve builds upon the fourth-generation piezoelectric dispensing valve, further enhancing its ease of product debugging and versatility. It has been structurally optimized to suit the characteristics of two-component adhesives: the tubing has been shortened, and a refrigeration component has been added to further slow down the reaction rate of the adhesive after mixing. While retaining the original quick-disconnect design, the valve now features quick-release mechanisms for both the glue cartridge and the mixing tube, along with screw sleeve fixation for simplified installation—eliminating the need for frequent adjustment of screw sleeve tightness, thereby reducing debugging complexity and improving maintenance efficiency. The relative positioning adjustment function for the needle nozzle has been moved above the piezoelectric ceramic and is now paired with a force-reducing mechanism for even easier adjustment. This valve combines high-speed, high-quality, and highly flexible dispensing capabilities with low costs, making it widely suitable for non-contact dispensing of various two-component fluids.
