The FIV series products integrate flow control valves and vaporization-mixing units in the same zone. When combined with a liquid flow meter, the vaporizer enables feedback control of liquid flow, ensuring stable output of the material after vaporization.
The product can be heated to a fixed temperature within the specified operating range according to the customer’s requirements. It is also equipped with high- and low-temperature detection signals that trigger an alarm when the temperature exceeds the specified range.
