The Felton vaporizer comprises a flow control valve and an evaporator unit. When combined with the LCP series liquid flow meters, the vaporizer enables feedback control of liquid flow, ensuring stable output of the material after vaporization. The vaporizer’s control valve and evaporator are independently controlled, allowing temperature regulation to be performed separately for each component. The evaporator’s temperature can be higher than that of the control section (mixing zone), which helps suppress temperature rise in the flow control unit, prevents thermal decomposition of the liquid at the control valve, and thus guarantees stable output of the material.
