The SV100/SV120 single-fluid valve is a back-pressure/needle valve designed for single-component dispensing applications, suitable for processes such as potting, coating, sealing, bonding, and underfill. The SV100 uses a cylinder to drive the piston rod upward to close the valve and downward to open it. The SV120, on the other hand, uses a cylinder to drive the piston rod upward to open the valve and downward to close it. This valve enables quick and precise glue dispensing and cut-off. The piston rod features mirror-finish precision, ensuring even more stable sealing performance.

The SV130/140 series is a single-component extrusion/spray valve designed for applying circular adhesive beads or intermittent-dot adhesive applications using epoxy resin-based adhesives or rubber-based adhesive formulations. It features an end-seal and provides rapid glue-cutting under high-pressure conditions.
